Nationally Recognised Programs
Management Program (Nationally Recognised) Certificate IV in Frontline Management (BSB40812)This nationally accredited program is partly funded by the Australian Government, directly into your bank account, if you meet the criteria, one of which is that you are working in aged care. For those not working in aged care, the program is worthwhile if you are looking for a career promotion or move to a position that uses your ‘people’ and organisation skills as well allowing you to make a difference to the work place? Frontline managers have a number of titles but their role is to co-ordinate and influence their teams to get the job done in the best and most effective manner. I originally intended to do this course ‘just for the piece of paper’. I have been nursing for over 25 years and involved in management for 7 years, so I thought I possessed a rounded understanding of frontline management. Luckily I chose to do your Cert IV course as I have gained many insights and am grateful for all that I have learned. Anne (Contact details are available on request.) For many now is the time to have your skills and knowledge consolidated and formally recognised. Government funding available for aged care staff - please contact us for more information. > Click here for more information about Certificate IV in Frontline Management (BSB40812) program...
